• City of West Columbia Holds Safe Streets Action Plan Meeting, Seeking Input From Residents - See Link To Fill Out The Survey (westmetronews.com) — West Columbia is asking residents to help shape a new Safe Streets and Roads for All Safety Action Plan, funded by a federal grant to improve walkability and reduce serious crashes. While the meeting already took place, Lexington-area readers are encouraged to complete the online survey so regional traffic and safety concerns, including those affecting Lexington and Lexington County commuters, are reflected in the final plan.
