  1. The police need your help to find Paul James McNeill, 75. He is approximately 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. He was reportedly last seen near Grand Strand Medical Center on Feb. 6, according to Horry County Police Dept. He suffers from several medical factors which make him in need of being found immediately.   2. The revitalization of downtown is moving forward swiftly in the city of Myrtle Beach. As part of the Oceanfront Redevelopment Project, the city has been purchasing several properties over the past 12 months. Recently, even more properties were added to the list. According to WMBF, "Brian Tucket assistant to the city manager said, “the plan is to revitalize downtown, period.” (WMBF)
  3. The Grand Strand nonprofit, Freedom Readers. is making a difference one student and one book at a time. With the goal to provide opportunities for children to improve their reading skills and academic performance, Freedom Readers focuses on literacy to help students excel by providing one-on-one literacy tutoring and free books for home libraries.
