- Great news! There are more flights to Myrtle Beach this golf season. An additional 30 seasonal flights and three new nonstop destinations have been added now through June to Myrtle Beach International Airport. According to Myhorrynews, "dates and itineraries are subject to change and travelers should refer to the airline for flight availability." (Myhorrynews)
- A scratch-off ticket player defied the odds of winning $500,000 on the Multiplier Money ticket, which are 1 in 660,000, according to lottery officials. According to Myhorrynews, "The man purchased the ticket at Murphy Express on Highway 17 Bypass in Surfside Beach, according to lottery officials. The store received $5,000 for selling the ticket. The man waited until his work break to scratch the ticket off and was “startled,” lottery officials said." (WBTW.com)
