House District 98 seat, where Republican Greg Ford leads Democrat Sonja Ogletree Satani by only 21 votes, triggering a likely recount. The district includes parts of Summerville, Dorchester County, and northern Charleston, and the winner will finish former Rep. Chris Murphy’s term and join the Legislature’s 2026 session.
