  1. "Tech Goes Home for the Arts" is currently accepting registrations. The session is through the ArtsBuild program in partnership with The Enterprise Center. The goal of the session is to expand digital equity while providing Chattanooga artists with the tools to grow. Click to apply for the 15-hour course. (The Chattanoogan)
  2. The 21st Annual Chattanooga Oktoberfest is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 8, and Sunday, Oct. 9. The festival will offer various vendors, German-style beer, and local food.   3. The Chattanooga Tourism Co. held its annual summit on Tuesday. Samantha Brown, the popular travel host of the PBS show "Samantha Brown's Places to Love," was the summit's keynote speaker. Chief Executive Officer Barry White also gave a speech about the state of the tourism industry in Chattanooga, which is worth about $1.5 billion each year for Hamilton County. (WDEF)
