  1. The Tennessee Aquarium is hosting "ODDtober" this month. The month-long celebration will be highlighting strange creatures from around the world. Guests will learn about stranger creatures during their visit to the aquarium this month. There will also be fun fall touches in the aquarium exhibits. Click to learn more. (News Channel 9)
  2. The Chattanooga Police Department reports that an arrest has been made in an East Lake home invasion. According to the department, Juan Montejo Francisco, 27 years old, admitted to committing the home invasion and attempted rape that occurred on E. 36th Street last week. He claims that the stolen money was used to pay his rent and electric bill. (The Chattanoogan)
  3. Chattanooga gas prices appear to have stabilized. Residents have been enjoying a consistent drop in prices for the past few months. The average price of fuel in Chattanooga is now $3.05 per gallon. The national average is higher at $3.78 per gallon, with West Coast states experiencing a dramatic increase in fuel prices due to Hurricane Ian. (Chattanooga Pulse)
