  1. The Junior League Of Chattanooga will be hosting the annual Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, Nov. 12. The event will be in Warner Park on McCallie Ave from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be a quiet hour between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Over 20 trucks have committed to attending the event.   2. Chattanooga has the cheapest gasoline in the state. Fuel prices continue to decline and Chattanooga's average price is currently $3.16 per gallon. The average price in Tennessee is currently $3.25 per gallon. Chattanooga's prices are now only 4 cents higher than they were at the same time in 2021. (Chattanooga Times Free Press)
  3. Hamilton County Schools will be adding new safety policies. Teachers are now required to lock classroom doors during lessons. The change was reportedly made based on the Governor's executive order regarding school safety, according to the district's Dr. Robert Sharpe. (Local 3 News)
