NHL's Dallas Stars Want Oskar Back For Another Three Years

Oskar Back will be on the ice with the Dallas Stars for the next three years, says the club's general manager.

FRISCO —According to General Manager Jim Nill, the Dallas Stars confirm today that center Oskar Back has been signed by the franchise to entry level contract.

By the contract's terms, the 21-year old Back will play for the Stars over the next three years.

While playing for the Swedish Hockey League's (SHL) Farjestad BK (SHL), Back's record includes 14 points (4-10=14) in 52 regular season games as well as one goal (1-0=1) in six post-season contests.
Back has also represented Sweden at the international level at two World Junior Championships (2019, 2020) and took the field in a pair of U-18 World Junior Championships (2017, 2018).

At 6-foot-3, the 200-pound Karlstad, Sweden native was tapped by the Stars during the third round of the NHL's 2018 Draft — 75th overall.
