Texas State House 100: 2019 Election Results
Final unofficial results from the special election in Texas' State House District 100 which includes parts of Dallas and Mesquite.

DALLAS, TX — All results have been counted in Dallas County where some voters cast ballots in the special election for Texas State House District 100 to fill the seat vacated by Eric Johnson after he was elected mayor of Dallas.
Five candidates — all Democrats — were on Tuesday's ballot vying for the State House seat to serve out the remainder of Johnson's term.

Unofficial results show Lauren Birabil in the lead with 33.22 percent of the vote. She is followed by Daniel Clayton (20.69 percent), James Armstrong III (20.76 percent) and Sandra Crenshaw (18.99 percent). Paul K. Stafford trails with 6.34 percent of the vote. Without a clear 50 percent majority, the election will head into a runoff. All 468 of 468 voting centers were reporting results, according to the Dallas County elections website.
