- Dr. Erika Gonzalez with STAAMP Allergy of San Antonio gave a few tips on how to handle oak pollen this season. "Take the medicines that you're prescribed. Keep using your nasal sprays. Try to avoid the times of day where peak pollen is, normally in the mornings, so don't drive with your windows down." Gonzalez also mentioned that fortunately, these higher counts of pollen don't usually last all season. Visit WOAI for more details.
- A beautification process for 'Blue Hole' will likely be completed by the end of 2025. The main aspect that will be added is an open nature trail that offers more access for outdoor enthusiasts. It will allow natives and visitors alike to be able to appreciate unspoiled nature in an urban setting. Check WOAI for words from longtime locals.
- Who's a fan of the show, Family Feud? The McCreary family is local to San Antonio and will appear on the April 17 episode! Tune into your local listings to cheer this family on. If you'd like to apply to be on the show yourself, visit familyfeud.com/audition. Check with KSAT San Antonio for more details.
