SAN ANTONIO (February 17th, 2022) — The City Council Request, Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site, was approved by Council this morning. This CCR was inspired and filed in 2019 when a District 9 neighborhood was disturbed at all hours of the night from nearby construction.
“We've come a long way since 2019. Input from residents, contractors, and Development Services has been both thorough and thoughtful. Construction can be an inconvenience for existing neighborhoods, but this is just another tool to mitigate that nuisance. Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site will bring much-needed peace and quiet to families across San Antonio.” – Councilman John Courage, District 9
