SAN ANTONIO (March 4, 2022) – To ensure that everyone who wants to receive a COVID-19 vaccine has access to get one, Metro Health is informing residents on weekly pop-up vaccination clinics and strongly encourages residents to use face masks at vaccination events.
You can also get your flu vaccine at the same time you get your COVID vaccine. All Metro Health pop-up clinics, except the Alamodome, offer the flu vaccine at no cost. It is available to anyone 6 months and older. Metro Health also wants to emphasize the importance of getting tested under the following circumstances:
- About five days after an exposure to a person who tested positive for COVID-19
- As soon as you develop COVID-19 symptoms.
Here is a list of COVID-19 testing sites available around the city.
Below is the list of vaccine and booster shot eligibility and the upcoming pop-up clinic locations for March 5 – 13. All eligible residents are urged to get a COVID-19 vaccine and booster.
