Cordillera Ranch Applauds Garner Homes for Builder Awards

Builder Receives Numerous Honors Including Sought-After President's Award

(BOERNE, Texas)Cordillera Ranch – the Hill Country’s premier luxury and golf community – commends one of its Preferred Builders, Garner Homes, for receiving numerous awards from the Greater San Antonio Builders Association during the organization’s recent Parade of Homes, including the group’s coveted President’s Award.

Garner Homes received the President’s Award, as well as the Best Interior Entertainment Area and Best Exterior Entertainment Area awards for an American Transitional home the firm built. Spread across 3,222 square-feet, the three-bedroom residence boasts many outstanding features including an open floor plan and high ceilings in the kitchen, dining and great room areas, a wine bar and a sprawling outdoor living space that offers dramatic Hill Country views.

The awards were given during the Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s Parade of Homes event. Each year builders showcase their fully-furnished homes and the latest in design trends and building products. Each entry in the Parade of Homes is judged by out-of-town industry professionals, and homes are recognized over several categories. The winner of the most points over all categories receives the desirable President’s Award.

The year 2018 has been an exciting and successful one for Cordillera Ranch. The Vista Visitor’s Center, housing the offices of Cordillera Ranch Realty, DH Investment Company, Pasadera Builders and the Cordillera Ranch POA administration, recently opened. Additionally, the community is constructing the Lodges at Cordillera Ranch, boutique onsite accommodations for property owners and club members’ guests. The first phase of Lodges will include two units with a total of 10 available rooms.
