4. More veterinary space, less euthanasia: San Antonio ACS gets $15.3M expansion (ksat.com) — San Antonio is investing $15.3 million to massively expand its Animal Care Services veterinary facilities, aiming to improve treatment and cut euthanasia rates for homeless pets. 5. List: People in these cities moved the most over the last year, data shows (ktvu.com) — San Antonio ranks among the top U.S. cities for homeowners moving, with 45 home sales per 1,000 housing units driven by relatively affordable prices and ample inventory.
