Juniper Village Preston Hollow Fosters Friendship and Memories!

Joy, music, and meaningful interactions radiated throughout Juniper Village at Preston Hollow, a premier senior living community. January brought residents together through engaging activities, delicious meals, and educational opportunities, strengthening the bonds of friendship. The month was a beautiful reminder of the vibrant and supportive environment that makes Juniper Village a truly special place to call home.

January brought hearty meals and joy to community members. Residents enjoyed the comforting flavors of Italian Pastina soup, lovingly dubbed “Italian Penicillin” – perfect for a chilly day. Chef Jose also impressed everyone with his fajitas, expertly cooking them to perfection. These delicious meals brought great flavors and created a sense of togetherness over residents’ shared meals.

A proud moment was celebrated as the community congratulated our dedicated Team Leaders for taking an important step toward becoming Certified Dementia Practitioners by participating in the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Seminar. This specialized training, provided by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners, equips our team with the essential skills to offer the highest quality care to residents living with dementia. We commend their commitment to continuous learning and unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of those in our care.

Residents celebrated Elvis Presley’s 90th birthday with a memorable performance by the talented Elvis tribute artist, Jamie Reaves. Jamie brought the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s iconic hits to life, filling the room with music and nostalgia. The celebration was topped off with a delicious cake, making it a day to remember.
