- According to the Workforce Solutions Alamo jobs report, all employment sectors in San Antonio have seen positive growth. December to January saw a temporary spike of 3.2% to 3.9% unemployment, which is typical right after the holidays. Workforce Solutions Alamo CEO Adrian Lopez noted that unemployment is nowhere near the 13% during the height of the pandemic. "For people still looking for work there is a Brooks Job Fair taking place on March 22." KSAT San Antonio has the full scoop.
- KENS 5 anchor Sarah Forgany is recovering at a San Antonio hospital after returning from a vacation cut short in Italy. Forgany is not yet ready to share what her sudden trip to an Italian emergency room was all about, but assured viewers and fans that she's confident in the care she's receiving in San Antonio. - Bexar County's military community is eligible for the city's Ready to Work pilot program. Mayor Ron Nirenberg said, "expanding Ready to Work is a chance for local employers to tap into a large talent pool of nearly 4,300 military members, who transition out of the military each year." - For all the true crime fans! "Expert criminologist and best-selling author Scott Bonn is bringing his critically acclaimed show “The Psychology of Serial Killers” to San Antonio in May.

"Every year, there's a post or two about the snakes in the fields. However, snake expert Sarah Kafel from San Antonio Snake Removal told MySA it doesn't happen quite as much as people think.
