The plans for the Romeoville location call for a 3,160-square-foot building, with three drive-thru lanes.
The event will include a pumpkin patch, inflatables, costume contest, DJ, a trunk or treat, a petting zoo and more.
There are still openings for session 2 of the event, which will run from 10 to 11 a.m. on Oct. 12.
The new restaurant is targeting an early November opening.

Nearly 80 percent of LHS AP students passed at least one AP exam.
The park said the event is family-friendly, and will feature activities, carnival rides, live music, and fall food and beverage options.
All stores and restaurants in The Promenade are still open during construction.
