Whitmer Announces Plans For Police Reform
As protests against police brutality continue across the country, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced plans for police reform.

As protests against police brutality continue across the country, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced plans for police reform.

Oakland County Sheriff's Deputies said they responded to a sexual assault as well as a break-in at a school Thursday morning.
The initiative, which ran from May 20 through May 31, drew in 349 submissions.
The county hopes to supply Back-To-Business Kits to businesses beginning to reopen from the coronavirus starting Monday.
The Oakland County Health Division is offering free testing for the coronavirus from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Damaging winds, heavy rainfall and large hail are all possible in the Detroit area Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
After announcing public pools would be closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Oakland County has rescinded the order effective June 8.
"We want Michiganders to know that these kinds of actions will not be accepted or tolerated," the sheriffs said in the statement.
