According to the Arlington Heights Police Department, a man exposed himself to children at least three times between Aug. 20 and Aug. 23.

According to the Arlington Heights Police Department, a man exposed himself to children at least three times between Aug. 20 and Aug. 23.

“Our nation is once more shocked, and a community again devastated by another police shooting of an unarmed Black man," Rep. Schneider said.
