Annandale Sport & Health to Close This Month

The Annandale Sport & Health Club, located at 4317 Ravensworth Rd., will close its doors to the public on June 30.

"In response to changing market conditions and to better serve your fitness needs, we have decided to close our Annandale Sport&Health Club effective June 30th," Sport & Health CEO and President Mark Fisher said in a statement posted to the Annandale location's website on May 30.

Sport & Health opened their Annandale location more than 30 years ago. The club features an indoor tennis court and offers fitness classes such as Zumba, pilates, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, cycling, step and more. Personal trainers and a tennis lessons are also available.

Current Annandale Sport & Health members will have the option to transfer their membership to the Skyline Sport & Health Club, located at 5115 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, access to all 23 Sport & Health locations, and the option to add a family member to their membership for free.
