Stolen Vehicle: Teens Face Charges, Police Say
Officer said two were "acting suspiciously" early Wednesday; car they were in had been reported as stolen, police said.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say two teens are facing charges, after a car they discovered a car they were in was reported as stolen.
Fairfax County Police say an officer observed occupants of a vehicle parked in front of a local convenience store "acting suspiciously" Wednesday morning, shortly after 1:30 a.m., in the 3000 block of Annandale Road.
Further investigation determined the vehicle was reported stolen, police said. One of the suspects fled on foot and was later apprehended. The other suspect was arrested at the scene.

Saul Ochoa, 19, of Falls Church, was charged with possession of stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon. Ulises Martinez Melendez, 19, of Falls Church, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, according to police.
