West Virginia Man Accused of Exposing Himself in Public in Lincolnia Area: Police
Suspect charged with assault on law enforcement, obstruction of justice, possession of schedule IV drugs and possession of marijuana.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A West Virginia man is accused of exposing himself in public early Sunday in the Lincolnia area, according to police.
The incident took place Sunday at about 1:14 a.m. in the 6300 block of Little River Turnpike (see map below), police said.
An officer was on patrol and observed the man, Jay Lushbaugh, 41, of West Virginia, exposing himself in public, police said. The officer approached the man when he became aggressive towards the officer, according to police.

The man was uncooperative and kicked the officer twice in the leg, police said. Lushbaugh was arrested and taken to the adult detention center and charged with assault on law enforcement, obstruction of justice, possession of schedule IV drugs, and possession of marijuana, according to police.
