Fairfax Man Charged with 'Unlawful Entry' at Apartment Near Government Center Parkway
Management reported that the man, 31, entered the apartment through a window last Thursday afternoon.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police report there was an apartment break-in last week at a complex near Government Center Parkway.
The incident Thursday at 12:30 p.m. took place in the 4400 block of Oakdale Crescent Court (see map below). Management reported that a man entered the apartment through a window.
Police responded and an investigation determined the man did not have permission to be there.

Kevin Willams Ging, 31, of Fairfax was arrested, transported to the adult detention center, and charged with unlawful entry.
