Fourth of July Flasher Reported in Fairfax City
Also in Monday crime bulletin, a man flips over a tray of food at the Red Lobster.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- Police say a man exposed himself to a pedestrian on Monday afternoon in Fairfax City.
The indecent exposure incident took place at about 12:25 p.m. in the 10000 block of Main Street, where a woman said a driver pulled up beside her, asked her if she wanted a ride and exposed himself, according to Fairfax City Police.
The man then drove eastbound down Main Street. The Patrol Division is investigating the case; police did not release a description of the suspect or his vehicle.

Other incidents reported by Fairfax City Police in their daily crime bulletin on Monday include:
Trespassing Arrest 16-11392: 11200 Fairfax Boulevard / Giant Food – On July 1 at 7:23 AM an officer responding to a report of a male subject sleeping behind a dumpster at the business determined that the individual had previously been issued a trespass notice from the property. William Lockett Fox, 52, of no fixed address, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing and drunk in public and his bond was set at $500.

Vandalism 16-11437: 10325 Fairfax Boulevard / Red Lobster – On July 1 at 8:50 PM employees reported that one of several male subjects who were arguing had flipped over a tray of food which was sitting on a counter, causing plates and glasses to break. The unknown male subject then left the restaurant.
Shoplifting 16-11551: 3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot – On July 3 at 8:15 AM a security officer reported that an employee had observed an unknown male subject take a power washer from the store without paying and leave the area in a vehicle.
Burglary 16-11561: 3800 Block of Bevan Drive – On July 3 at 1:03 PM the resident reported that sometime after 11:00 AM on July 2 unknown person(s) had entered the home and stolen several pieces of jewelry.
Assault Arrest 16-11609: 9617 Fairfax Boulevard 7-Eleven – On July 4 at 1:42 AM the 57 year old male victim reported that when he told a female subject who had been harassing him to leave him alone she had struck him on the head. The female subject was located in the area and taken into custody. Sharon Regina Moody, 57, of 1935 Delaware Avenue, Swissvale, Pennsylvania, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with assault and battery and drunk in public. Her bond was set at $3500. The victim refused medical treatment for his injuries.
Vandalism 16-11618: 10700 Block of Warwick Avenue – On July 4 at 8:32 AM the resident reported that sometime after 8:00 AM on July 3 unknown person(s) had damaged the rear view mirror on his vehicle which was parked in front of his home.
