FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- Here's a look at the most incidents from the Fairfax City Police crime bulletin, released Thursday.

DUI Arrest 16-07410: Eaton Place / Chain Bridge Road – On May 4 at 7:28 AM an officer investigating a report of a vehicle stopped in the roadway with the driver slumped over the steering wheel determined, along with responding EMS personnel, that the driver was intoxicated. Kamran Khan, 31, of 11117 Rock Garden Drive, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was detained after being charged with feloniously driving under the influence of alcohol—third or subsequent offense, refusal of blood/breath test, and failing to obey the parameters of his restricted driver’s license.

Attempted Larceny from Vehicle 16-07415: 9600 Block of Ridge Avenue – On May 4 at 9:34 AM the vehicle owner reported that sometime between 12:00 Noon on May 2 and 3:00 PM on May 3 unknown person(s) had attempted to remove the center cap from a wheel on his parked vehicle. The cap was damaged in the process.
Possession of Stolen Property Arrest 16-07447: 9700 Block of Main Street – On May 4 at 10:10 PM an officer checking license plates on vehicles received notification that one had been reported as stolen and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. It was verified that the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department had entered the 1997 Mercury Sable as stolen from a tow lot on April 8. The driver, Kimberly Nam Etter, 23, of 4371 Americana Drive, Annandale, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with possession of stolen goods and her bond was set at $3000.

DUI Arrest 16-07457: Main Street / Fairview Drive – On May 5 at 1:04 AM an officer investigating a single-vehicle crash determined that the driver was intoxicated. Johnny Bou, 28, of 11326 Westbrook Mill Lane, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and issued a summons for failure to maintain proper control. He was ordered held without bond.
