Bunny Photos, Mad Hatter Tea Party Coming To Springfield Town Center

SPRINGFIELD, VA — Springfield Town Center will be celebrating the start of spring with the Bunny, the Mad Hatter and other special guests.

Family photos with the Bunny and a Mad Hatter Tea Party will be held at Springfield Town Center starting later this month.

“We’re so excited to welcome back the Bunny, Alice in Wonderland characters, and more to celebrate the start of spring with the D.C. community,” said Lisa Pellicciotta, vice president of marketing at PREIT, owner of the mall.

The spring events and experiences at Springfield Town Center “offer something special for all ages, and provide a memorable way to celebrate this time of year while also shopping, dining, and playing at our properties,” Pellicciotta said.

Visit the Grand Court at Springfield Town Center to get photos with the Bunny. Digital photo packages with the Bunny are available with options to purchase prints.

PREIT is strongly recommending making a reservation for photos with the Bunny, but they are not required. The Bunny photo schedule at Springfield Town Center is March 18 through April 8.

Pets are also welcome to visit the Bunny at Springfield Town Center for a photo shoot. Every Monday from noon to 8 p.m. from March 20 to April 3, feathered, whiskered and hooved pets are all welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash or in a crate at all times.

Springfield Town Center will be hosting its Mad Hatter Tea Party on March 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event is free and family friendly. Join the Mad Hatter and his friends from Wonderland. Characters will include Alice and the Queen of Hearts.
