KINGSTOWNE, VA — Many restaurants in Kingstowne and the D.C. area will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but some will remain open to serve people who don’t want to fuss with a big meal, are traveling or who don’t celebrate the holiday.

Here are some restaurants in the Kingstowne area that will be open on Christmas Day:

• Della J's Delectables: Orders are being accepted for Christmas dinner packages for pickup on Dec. 23 or 24.
• Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant: Open Dec. 24 and closed on Dec. 25.
• Cedar Knoll: Reservations offered on Dec. 24 but not Dec. 25.
• River Bend Bistro: Reservations are available on Dec. 24 but not Dec. 25.
• Hollin Hall Pastry Shop: Open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 24 and closed on Dec. 25. Pre-order should be placed at least two days in advance.
• Chalkboard Wings & BBQ: Pre-orders are being accepted through Dec. 20 for pickup between Dec. 21 and 24.
