Two Charged with Disorderly Conduct in Kingstowne Area: Police
Police say that one of the men resisted arrest after two were charged with disorderly conduct and drunk in public.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police were called to the 7000 block of Manchester Boulevard (see map below) in the Kingstowne area Tuesday afternoon for a report of two men who appeared to be intoxicated and acting disorderly, police said Wednesday.
Police were called Tuesday shortly after 5 p.m. and located the men and attempted to take them into custody, when one suspect allegedly began to resist arrest, according to police.
Terrell Thornton, 40, and Torri Waiters, 37, both of the Alexandria area, were arrested for drunk in public, according to police. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center. Waiters was also charged with resisting arrest, police said.
