MANASSAS, VA — Farmers market season is here in Manassas, and the two farmers market locations will hold ribbon cuttings for their openings in 2025.

The farmers markets run by the nonprofit Historic Manassas, Inc. run seasonally at two locations — Thursdays at Harris Pavilion (9201 Center St., Manassas, VA) and Saturdays at Prince William Street Parking Lot (9024 Prince William St., Manassas, VA). The ribbon cutting for the Harris Pavilion location will be held at the Water Tower Lot 9116 Prince William Street) at 10 a.m. on April 10. The ribbon cutting for the Prince William Street Lot will be held at that location at 10 a.m. on April 12.

The regular farmers market season brings an expanded selection of locally-grown and made products from local farms, nurseries, bakeries, specialty food producers, artists and artisans and other businesses. It follows a Winter Market at the Prince William Street Parking Lot on Saturdays from Jan. 18 through March 22.

Hours for the farmers markets are open rain or shine from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Harris Pavilion farmers market is open Thursdays from April 10 to Oct. 30. The Prince William Street Parking Lot farmers market is open Saturdays from April 12 to Nov. 22.

The farmers market accepts cash, credit cards, and SNAP as payment and also participates in the Virginia Fresh Match and Senior & WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program food access initiatives. Pets are not allowed at the market, except certified service animals.

The Manassas Farmers Market has won accolades from Virginia Living Magazine and other publications. For more information and a map of vendors, visit historicmanassas.org/farmers-market.
