Lifeguard, Swim Instructor Courses Start Monday In Reston

RESTON, VA — Do you have a teen or college student who'd like to make some extra money as a lifeguard or swim instructor?

Registration for Reston Association's course for lifeguards and swim instructors opens this coming Monday, April 3 at 8:30 a.m.

In addition, RA has several aquatics positions currently open for positions such as safety coordinators, lifeguards, swim instructors, office assistants, chemical and maintenance technicians and much more.

Pool passes are also now available for purchase through the RA's online WebTrac system.

As the WebTrac system is new, families should create a new online account, and be sure to include all family members when they do. Processing for accounts can take up to two days, so families are encouraged to do so as early as possible.

With their new online account, families can purchase pool and tennis passes, register for online courses such as those for lifeguards and swim instructors, view and sign up for summer camps, and more.
