Police Reports: Stolen Bikes, Stolen Car, Graffiti and Breaking and Entering

Note: The addresses listed below indicate blocks and not specific addresses of incidents. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not tonecessarily indicate a conviction.

Aug. 23 – A theft was reported in the 2200 block of Mount Vernon Avenue.

Aug. 23 - A vehicle was stolen from the 400 block of Madison Street.

Aug. 23 – A theft was reported in the 300 block of W. Myrtle Street. 

Aug. 22 – A robbery was reported in the 300 block of  W. Glebe Road. 

Aug. 22 – A theft was reported in the 400 block of E. Bellefonte Avenue.

Aug. 22 – A theft was reported in the 3800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

Aug. 22 – A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Pendleton Street.

Aug. 21 – A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Portner Road.

Aug. 20 – A theft was reported in the 2600 block of Mount Vernon A Avenue.

Aug. 20 – A cell phone, its charger and a headset was reported stolen from a car parked in the 3000 block of Landover Street.

Aug. 20 – An unsecured bicycle was stolen from a condominium parking garage in the 600 block of Second Street.

Aug. 20 – An assault was reported in the 900 block of N. Henry Street.

Aug. 20  - Breaking and entering reported on the 1300 block of Wythe Street.

Aug. 19 – An iPod and loose change was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 300 block of Lamond Place.

Aug. 19 – A handicap tag and an ice scraper was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the street in front of its owner’s residence in the 700 block of Timber Branch Drive. 

Aug. 19 – Several car owners reported their tires were slashed while their vehicles were parked near each other in the 3800 block of Executive Avenue.

Aug. 19 – Thieves entered a garage and stole four bicycles, tools and electrical equipment from E. Reed Avenue. 

Aug. 19 – A bicycle was stolen from a bike rack at Braddock Metro.

Aug. 18 – A man reported his car was broken into and an iPad, briefcase and sunglasses were stolen from the 1200 block of Braddock Place.

Aug. 18 – Graffiti was brush painted on the side of a building in the 200 block of N. Union Street.

Aug. 18 – Graffiti was spray painted on a city light pole in the 200 block of Lee Street. 

Aug. 17 – A woman reported her vehicle was stolen in front of her residence in the 300 block of Park Road.
