• Woman, firefighter injured during Beacon Hill condo fire (kiro7.com) — An 87-year-old woman was rescued and a firefighter injured after a condo fire in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood sent heavy smoke through multiple units overnight. Seattle Fire crews battled the blaze for about two hours, urged nearby residents to close windows and doors, and transported the injured to Harborview as investigators work to determine what sparked the fire.
