19-Year-Old Woman Killed, 1 Hurt After Milwaukee Shooting
One woman was killed and another was taken to a local hospital after a double shooting near N. Long Island Avenue, police said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — A 19-year-old woman was killed an another woman was hurt in a double shooting in Milwaukee's north side on Tuesday, the Milwaukee Police Department announced.
Two women were shot near N. Long Island Avenue and W. Custer Avenue around 10:45 p.m., police said.
The 19-year-old woman was pronounced dead on scene and the 18-year-old woman was taken to a nearby hospital, police said. Her injuries were not life threatening.

Milwaukee police are investigating the shooting and haven't identified the shooter yet.
