MILWAUKEE, WI — A dual concert complex is slated to open in the old Bradley Center lot in Milwaukee's Deer District in 2023, a concert promotion and venue company announced on Monday.

Two concert venues — one with around a 4,000-person capacity and another with an 800-person capacity — will start construction in late 2022, FPC Live said in a statement. The project is a joint venture with the Milwaukee Bucks and will open right next door to the Fiserv Forum.

“Deer District serves as a destination that’s redefining downtown Milwaukee, and bringing two new venues to Deer District will continue to solidify it as Milwaukee’s premiere location for entertainment,” Senior Vice President of Bucks Ventures and Development Michael Belot said in a statement.

FPC Live is owned by Frank Productions, which is itself majority owned by Live Nation. The company operates multiple venues in Wisconsin and the rest of the country, including the High Noon Saloon and The Orpheum Theater in Madison.
