Shuttle Service Offered For All 9 Days Of Summerfest
Summerfest will provide shuttle buses at five locations for all nine days of the music festival, the festival's producer said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Summerfest will provide shuttle service for all nine days of its festival, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. announced on Thursday. The fest will air for three weekends in 2022, from June 23 to July 9.
Patrons can buy tickets in advance for $15, the company said. People are urged to buy tickets ahead of time because there is a chance tickets will sell out.
Summerfest shuttles will pick up and drop off riders at five locations. The routes will run continuously each day starting at 5 p.m. Here are the locations.

The Milwaukee County Transit System isn't able to provide shuttle service this year, so local bar shuttles are expected to take their place, the company said.
However, Milwaukee County's paratransit service Transit Plus partnered with Summerfest to provide rides for eligible patrons, the company said. People can call First Transit at (414) 817-9860 or Transit Express (414) 264-7433 to schedule service.

People outside Milwaukee County who are paratransit eligible should contact Transit Plus for more information, the company added. Visitors can go online to find out if they're eligible.
“Our fans have asked for bus shuttle service, and we are happy to be able to provide and subsidize this convenient option again this year for the community,” Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. president Don Smiley said in a statement.
All bus shuttle passengers will receive a wristband when they reach the Summerfest grounds, and will be required to show their wristband when they get back the bus to the park and ride lot, the company said. If a rider doesn't have their wristband after leaving the festival, they can buy one for a full price fare, if space is available.
Riders can go to Summerfest's website to purchase tickets.
