Vince Vitrano Will Host 620 WTMJ's 'Wisconsin's Morning News'
Vitrano will step in for Gene Mueller, who is retiring, on the morning radio program.
MILWAUKEE, WI — TMJ4 news anchor Vince Vitrano will replace Gene Mueller as host of "Wisconsin's Morning News" on 620 WTMJ in 2022, the radio station announced Wednesday.
Mueller will retire as the voice of Wisconsin morning news in February 2022, 620 WTMJ announced.
Mueller's 44-year career "wraps up next year," Good Karma Brands Vice President Steve Wexler said in a statement. "We're thrilled to welcome Vitrano to the 620 WTMJ morning microphone in 2022."

Vitrano is an Emmy-winning reporter and joined TMJ4 in 2000, 620 WTMJ reported. He earned awards from The Associated Press, Milwaukee Press Club and Wisconsin Broadcasters Association.
WTMJ Radio will move to downtown Milwaukee in 2022, station owner Good Karma Brands said in a statement.
