Carlsbad Power Outage Hits More Than 1,300
San Diego Gas & Electric crews are working to restore power and investigating the cause of the outage.
CARLSBAD, CA — More than 1,300 San Diego Gas & Electric customers in Carlsbad were left without power Monday.
The power outage hit shortly after 10 a.m., affecting 1,330 customers, according to the utility company. Both homes and businesses were left without power as July temperatures heated up.
San Diego Gas & Electric crews are working to restore power, and all affected customers are expected to have their electricity back on by evening, the company announced.
