CHP DUI Checkpoint Planned This Friday

HAYWARD, CA — The California Highway Patrol will hold a DUI Checkpoint Friday night in Hayward.

The checkpoint will be held from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at an undisclosed location. The CHP reports that the site was chosen because of previous issues with Driving Under the Influence in that area.

The checkpoint will be clearly marked so that drivers understand that they are approaching a checkpoint.
