CULVER CITY, CA — Two people were arrested this week on drug and weapons charges after a traffic stop in Culver City, police said.

Officers made the traffic stop late Monday night near Sepulveda Boulevard and Mattson Avenue.

Police searched the vehicle and found unspecified quantities methamphetamine and fentanyl, as well as an illegally possessed firearm and an extended 30-round magazine, according to the Culver City Police Department.

Both of the vehicle's occupants were arrested on multiple charges and booked at the Culver City Jail, police said.
