1 Burned, 6 Displaced In Windsor House Fire
An elderly man suffered burns in the fire and was taken to Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital by an ambulance.
WINDSOR, CA — A 72-year-old man suffered burn injuries on his hands and face in a house fire in northwest Windsor on Tuesday morning. The fire at 9896 Sunray Place was reported around 5:55 a.m.
It displaced five adults and a child, Sonoma County Fire District Fire Prevention Officer Cyndi Foreman said.
The origin is believed to be the elderly man's bedroom and the probable cause is electrical, Foreman said.

About 30 percent of the 1,200-square-foot single-story home was in flames when firefighters arrived, Foreman said.
The burned man was taken to Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital by an ambulance before firefighters arrived, Foreman said.
