WINDSOR, CA — The Sonoma County District Attorney's Office is still reviewing allegations of domestic violence involving a Sonoma County Fire District battalion chief and his girlfriend. On Friday, Battalion Chief Ronald Busch and his attorney Jonathan Steele were in Sonoma County Superior Court, where a hearing on whether charges will be filed was set for July 2.

Busch and Steele declined to comment on the allegations Friday morning.

Windsor police arrested Busch, 52, at home May 11 on suspicion of felony domestic violence and false imprisonment involving his 36-year-old girlfriend, Sonoma County Sheriff's Sgt. Spencer Crum said.
