Healdsburg Resident Appointed To Nano Banc Board Of Directors

HEALDSBURG, CA — James Westfall, a resident of Healdsburg, has been appointed to the board of directors of Nano Banc, according to an announcement Tuesday from the bank.

Westfall brings nearly 40 years of banking experience to the role. He also has a local community service background and is a current member of the Rotary Club of Healdsburg, an organization where businesses find ways to give back to their community.

According to Nano Banc, Westfall’s appointment marks continued investment in the bank’s leadership and capabilities.

Westfall specializes in asset/liability management, financial policy design and decision efficiency systems. In his new role on the board, he seeks to support the bank's goal for continued growth and bolster its financial services expertise.

In past roles, Westfall served as the chief financial officer for Professional Business Bank, Greater Bay Bancorp and Chela Financial Companies.

He's also served on the board of directors of Beacon Business Bank and Presidio Bank as chairperson of their ALCOs and member of their executive committees.

Westfall earned a bachelor of arts in economics from Duke University and a master of business administration in finance, accounting and international business from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Nano Banc was founded in 2007 in Southern California, with branches in Irvine and Murrieta.
