HEALDSBURG, CA — The city of Healdsburg's Community Services Department will implement a soft road closure Halloween night on Johnson Street to provide traffic calming for safe trick-or-treating.
The soft closure will be in place from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, along all four blocks of Johnson Street, between Powell Avenue and Piper Street.
The city will allow mail service and other deliveries to proceed as scheduled but has put an emphasis on coordinating deliveries prior to the 4 p.m. closure, according to Matthew Milde, recreation supervisor.
