'Defensive Tactics' Class Offered for Police, Paramedics, Mental Health Workers
CKS Martial Arts to run workshop on Sunday, Nov. 18, in Healdsburg.
A "Defensive Tactics" workshop for those in law enforcement, security, mental health or emergency medical services will be held Sunday, Nov. 18.
The class, which benefits Tuleeni Orphans Home in Tanzania, will be 12 to 4 p.m. at 103 B Powell Ave., Healdsburg.

The instructor is CKS director Hector Solis.
Solis is a longtime martial arts instructor who is experienced in teaching defensive tactics, force continuum and Rapid Assault Tactics to police, SWAT teams and other special forces.

Suggested donation is $50, which is 100 percent tax deductible.
