Thank You, Firefighters: Photo Of The Day

HEALDSBURG, CA — Patch reader Melinda Pressler sent in this image taken July 1 on West Dry Creek Road in Healdsburg.

Her photo shows a hillside burned in the Point Fire, next to a vineyard and a home saved by firefighters.

The Point Fire broke out June 16 and burned 1,207 acres. It was 1o0 percent contained on June 24.
