Napa County Posts Property Tax Bills For 2024-2025
Property owners can access their secured property tax bills by entering their assessment parcel number (APN) or property address.
NAPA COUNTY, CA — With the Napa County Board of Supervisors’ recent rate approval for the 2024-25 secured property tax rolls, secured property tax bills are now available online to view and pay. The first installment of 2024-25 secured property taxes is due November 1, 2024. By visiting the Napa County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s web page, property owners can enter their assessment parcel number (APN) or property address to access their secured property tax bill(s).

How to pay your property taxes:
- Online via Napa County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s web page: Electronic check payments can be made with no additional fee through eCheck. Credit and debit card payments can be made through the County’s payment processor, which charges a 2.32 percent fee to taxpayers.
- By mail: Hardcopy tax bills will be generated in the coming weeks and mailed to the addresses currently on file. Please make checks and money orders payable to the “Napa County Tax Collector” and include the fee parcel number. Mail your payment to: Napa County Tax Collector, 1195 Third Street, Suite 108, Napa, CA 94559.
- In-Person: Come to the Napa County Tax Collector’s office located at 1195 Third St., Ste. 108 in Napa between the hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. Please bring your tax bill, parcel number and/or address of the property being taxed. *Note: To avoid standing in line, place property tax payments in the drop box located just outside the main entrance to the Tax Collector’s office.
- By phone: To make payments by telephone, please call 1-855-627-2121. Please note that the payment processing company charges a 2.32 percent transaction fee for credit or debit card payments, but no transaction fee for eCheck payments.
The first installment of taxes is due on November 1, 2024, and will become delinquent if not paid by December 10, 2024, by 5 p.m. or close of business (If a delinquency date falls on a weekend or holiday, the delinquency date is the next business date). Delinquent payments will incur a 10 percent penalty.

The second installment of taxes is due on February 1, 2025, and will become delinquent if not paid by April 10, 2025, by 5 p.m. or the close of business. Delinquent payments will incur a 10 percent penalty plus a $10 cost fee.
For the 2024-25 property tax rolls, secured taxes totaled $642,657,438 and assessed value amounted to $53,723,724,525.
