Avon VFW Donates To Several Area Charities

From Tunxis Community College: The Gildo T. Consolini Post 3272, Avon, CT recently made several big check presentations to local veteran organizations such as on May 2nd at the Tunxis Community College OASIS Center for Veterans, Farmington, CT. The Post also presented donations this month to the Simsbury VFW Adopt-A-Vet Program; South Park Inns's Veteran's Outreach Program in Hartford; and the Connecticut Veteran Center in Rocky Hill, CT. These donations are from funds collected during the Buddy Poppy Drive in May 2016.
