Put your empty cans and bottles to good use!  Avon Boy Scout Troop 274 will be collecting recyclable cans and bottles at Avon High School from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 8, according to a community news email blast. The proceeds from the drive will go toward the 2014 High Adventure scout contingents to Florida Sea Base and South Dakota.
