Berlin Already In The Halloween Spirit
The town is seeking participants in two major Halloween events slated for next month.

The town is already seeking registrants for the Berlin Parks and Recreation Department's 'Trunk or Treat' event on Saturday, Oct. 26.
Meanwhile, it is also looking for participants in the 2024 "Berlin's Best Scarecrow Contest."
