Overnight Road Work To Impact Farmington Motorists
Motorists are urged to exercise caution in the affected area.
FARMINGTON, CT — Local police announced Monday morning that overnight road work starting today (Monday, June 9) will impact motorists in Farmington.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) will be conducting nighttime milling and paving on Route 10, from Route 372 (New Britain Avenue) to Route 6 (Scott Swamp Road), police said.
Work is scheduled overnight on Monday, June 9, and Tuesday, June 10, between 7 p.m. and 3 a.m.

"Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions," wrote the Farmington Police Department.
"Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area."
